A Claude Masterclass for Busy Mind

Marily Nika shows how to use Claude to cut mental load: the blocker is usually carrying too many half-made decisions, not a lack of ability. She builds a "Close Loop" agent with Claude that forces each open decision to be made or deliberately parked, so your head stays clear. Two setups: a simple Claude Project with saved daily/weekly prompts, or a Claude Code folder of reusable prompt files for more automation. The routine is a Daily Close Loop command plus a Weekly Reset, run in one ongoing thread you refresh each week. Aimed at busy professionals and PMs dealing with decision fatigue outside their core work.

What True AGI Really Means, According to Demis Hassabis (exclusive video from Google I/O)

Demis Hassabis argues the term AGI has been overused to the point of losing meaning, and separates two distinct ideas. One is matching what a typical person (or about 90% of humans) can do, which is economically and product-important but not his definition of AGI. His AGI bar is theoretical: matching the full range the human brain architecture can achieve, including the best humans in history such as Einstein and Mozart. Today's systems are not consistent enough to be fully general; an individual can find an obvious flaw in minutes. His test: it should take a team of experts months, not an individual minutes, to find an obvious hole.

Entire Concert (Video and Audio) Generated with VEO 3

Marily Nika used Google's Veo 3 model to generate an entire concert, including both the video and the audio. She described it as her first attempt at AI filmmaking. She said the idea came after seeing Coldplay perform at Stanford. The clip shows an AI-generated crowd and music produced from text prompts rather than filmed footage.

AI vs. Earthquakes near Santorini: What OpenAI's Deep Research Predicts for the 380 Earthquake Swarm

Marily Nika tests OpenAI's deep research tool on the increased seismic activity near Santorini in Greece in early 2025. She downloads earthquake data from the prior 20 days from a University of Athens website and uploads it to the tool. The tool first asks a clarifying question, then produces a report citing 380 earthquakes recorded from January 24 to February 3. The report describes two scenarios: escalation to a larger earthquake, or gradual subsidence of the swarm without one large event. It estimates a 35 to 45 percent probability of a large earthquake and a 55 to 65 percent probability the swarm dies out without a major quake.

Got Access to OpenAI's Operator: My First Reaction Using It to Make Dinner Reservations

Marily Nika gets early access to OpenAI's Operator and uses it to book a restaurant reservation. Operator presents verticals such as dining, events, and delivery, each linked to affiliated services like Uber Eats, Instacart, and OpenTable. She asks it to book a table for two for Valentine's Day at her favorite restaurant in Palo Alto. Operator opens its own browser, searches for and finds the restaurant, and asks for confirmation before booking. When the booking requires a phone number sign-in, she takes manual control of the Operator browser to continue.

Preparing for PM Interviews? Announcing My 2 GPTs

Nika announced two custom GPTs to help candidates prepare for product manager interviews. The two are a PM Product Sense GPT and a PM Analytical and Execution GPT. Introducing My AI Product Management Bootcamp

Marily Nika announces the launch of what she calls the world's first AI product management bootcamp. She references her earlier viral tweet that all product managers will be AI product managers in the future. She states that AI on its own is not a product and that AI product managers act as a bridge between AI, niche technologies, and what users want. Her stated goals are to establish the field, train people to join their target companies as AI PMs, and help them get certified.

Unboxing the Bose QuietComfort Ultra: Is Active Noise Cancellation AI?

Marily Nika unboxes the Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones and focuses on the noise cancellation feature. She explains that active noise cancellation uses microphones to pick up external sound, which the headphones analyze and counter with an opposite sound wave, citing destructive interference as a physics principle. She states that the core noise cancellation itself is signal processing, not AI. She says AI enters through adaptive noise cancellation, where algorithms learn and adapt to the environment in real time, such as moving from a busy street into a quiet room. She reviews the case size, color, fit, and included USB-C charging and standard audio cables.

Announcing My Custom OpenAI GPT: AIProductGPT

Marily Nika introduces AIProductGPT, a custom GPT she built to add AI to a product and generate an AI PRD. She says she trained it on product management books, an AI PRD template, and AI classifiers and algorithms so the PRD includes technical detail. She demonstrates with a Netflix example, choosing to enhance an existing offering by building a recommendation feature to increase retention. The GPT asks about the offering, users, and goal, then suggests options like a personalized binge-watching playlist using collaborative filtering and a mood-based recommendation engine. After she selects the mood-based engine, it generates a PRD with competitor analysis, problem, solution, MVP, requirements, metrics, and a mock UI.

All Product Managers Are Going to Be AI PMs in the Future

Marily Nika argues that all product managers will become AI product managers in the future. She contrasts a generalist PM, who helps a team build and ship the right product by sitting between business, UX, and engineering, with an AI PM, who helps a team solve the right problem. She explains that AI PMs often have no users yet, sit between business, AI, and engineering, and face uncertainty about whether users will want the technology. She describes finding product-market fit in AI as the intersection of business viability, human desirability, and technical feasibility. She uses Adobe's text-to-image template generation for designers as an example of hitting that sweet spot.
