• Account information — When you sign in via Replit authentication, we receive a user identifier, display name, and profile image URL from the authentication provider. We store these to maintain your session.
• Comments and interactions — If you submit a comment on a news article, we store the comment text and the user identifier associated with your session. Article likes are tracked locally in your browser via localStorage.
• Coach signup information — If you submit the AI Coaches interest form, we store your name, email address, role, industry, country, and any optional notes you provide.
• Usage data — Our hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard server information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used solely for operating and improving the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session across visits.
• Display your comments on the platform after admin review.
• Follow up with prospective AI Coaches who have expressed interest.
• Diagnose technical issues and improve site performance.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in between page loads. Article like counts are stored in your browser’s localStorage so they persist without requiring an account. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings, which will sign you out and reset locally stored preferences.

4. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Replit’s authentication system (OpenID Connect). When you sign in, your browser communicates directly with Replit according to their own privacy policy. We also aggregate publicly available news articles from third-party RSS feeds and embed publicly available YouTube videos; those providers have their own data practices which we do not control.

5. Data Retention

Session data is retained for as long as your session remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Coach signup records are retained until you request deletion. Comment records may be retained after deletion requests to satisfy moderation and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@ailearningresources.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
