Risk includes confidential data, external communication, financial impact, and difficulty reversing an error. High-value, high-feasibility, low-risk work belongs at the top.

Choose one pilot that can run alongside the current process. Define its trigger, input, output, reviewer, exception queue, stop control, and two or three measures. Run it on a limited sample, compare it with the baseline, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop.
